Teacher caught parking in Park Ridge

Another teacher-on-student legal action in the works in suburban IL. According to the Chicago Sun-Times

Jennifer Espinosa, 38, of Park Ridge, was charged with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse as a result of an eight-month relationship with a former
student, according to a Cook County Sheriff’s office release.

The police found the car parked with the pungency of pot coming from the car. Epinosa apparently felt that after the boy was expelled, her sexual abuse of him did somehow not qualify as statutory rape, and that she was legally exempt.

Questions that need to be asked:

1. Who at the school was aware of the relationship?

2. What is/are the Union(s) that Espinosa belongs to?

3. What amount has said Union(s) provided to her legal fees?

All these are important to consider. Thinking back to earlier this year, where Gene Amberg and Janice Bradley were found guilty of witholding mandatory reporting under state law suspected sexual abuse by teachers, it is of vital importance to grill school officials and faculty concerning any suspicions they might have had. Considering as well unions rules for tenured members, we need to ask how much of their money is moving in the case. The NEA's website, for example, gives guidelines for teachers on how to undermine the credibility of children and avoid prosecution, making it look more like an on-line banner for NAMBLA, rather than an "education resource" as they ludicrously claim.

Over at Duke, it seems that the Flying Squirrel is not the only one given to flight. Now it is the Water Buffalo's turn says the Chronicle. Hackney lackey Moneta is off to Croatia to ostensibly study "how Duke provides student services and come back with new ideas."

All the more power to him, we say. There may be something for him to learn in a former USSR holding. After all, Moneta, Brodhead, et al. showed the nation already that their sense of civil rights and due process in the "student services" they provide would have made Stalin proud.

As commentators on the Chronicle board point out, the timing is suspicious. With the lawsuits against Duke now underway, it cannot look well for Duke when the most egregious of its offenders (first Baker to Vanderbilt, Curtis is now gone, Lubiano in Europe) in a long string are going away from the place where they perched and pecked their vitriol. We wonder if indeed Moneta must take the stand at some point, if he will come back. For us watching, this can only be a taciturn admission of guilt by Moneta, if not by Duke entirely.

In something that can only be described as comedy (similar to Moneta's awe-inspiring capitulation to the obvious during the Penn State affair when he declared "all speech is free") Moneta describes his self-imposed ostracising in his typical self-congratulatory, bureaucratic blather: "I'm not going in with a parochial view that the way we do things is the best way to do things or the only way to do things." We are glad you think so. As you have demonstrated at just about every academic institution that takes pity on you, we know that your "way of doing things" are most certainly not "the best way."

Meanwhile, in typical Duke fashion, Moneta's role will be filled by someone just as vile as him. Just as useful as replacing dead light bulbs with dead rats, Moneta will be covered by Sue Wasiolek. Given her fair share of contributions to screw over the students at Duke ala Wes Covington, we are just as confident as she is more than capable of taking up Moneta's "responsibilities" to ensure that no Duke student is treated fairly.

In closing, we address our question to Wasiolek: Did you also recommend to Larry before he leaves that he should also not hire lawyers? He may need them soon. And in the same line, you are also right, Dean Sue. You, we think, are going to find your "attention diverted" quite a bit in the near future.

California Burning Again

A state facing an even more severe budget crisis than the state of IL (largely brought upon by the same group of individuals), nevertheless, showed that those complaining about money being lost are the ones burning it.

Leading the pack of snakes are groups of Organized Crime; namely the CFT and the CTA. The Federation of Teachers paid at least 500k to air adds. Just as they did spent millions trashing the Governator for not spending enough on education (???).

Wednesday, however, the people of California voted "no" on all the propositions minus 1-F, which prevented government officials from receiving pay raises.

The TASSers in the L.A Times on the payroll of the unions and Hollywood blowhards naturally blames the mess on the California voters (some truth there, though less when one considers that several voting events have been bullied by the snakes mentioned hitherto) which Antonucci righteously scoffs at. We recommend, however, that the reader takes a look at the comments, especially to 1-B. They are quite telling and not the result of bird brains. No, these people have had quite enough, doggone it.

If Looks Could Kill

There is a RABBIES case (Really Abysmal Biased Bull$#@! In Elementary Schools) in a Pennsylvania Kennel.

Apparently, an eyebrow shaver is considered a lethal weapon now. Not only did Linton Middle School in Penn Hills suspend the student, but any form of due process was ignored, according to the mother.

Coming from Patrick Fitzgerald, a man most would expect to be upholding the law, this indeed is shocking:

Apparently, Fitzgerald, who has recently been lauded for getting rats and criminals out of IL businesses, now is chirping a different tune for jailbirds.

In his own words, would Fitzgerald consider the already-wronged populace of this laughing stock of a state "negligent" to not be so-inclined to have BLAHgo, Rezko, Ryan, and co. back in business?
